Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days and standard shipping takes 5 -7 business days within the US or 10-14 days for international orders. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee to receive your order faster. For example if you order today, it will take 2 to 5 days to package and ship your order. Mailing time is additional to packing time, and would be an additional 5 business days or more on average depending on your local or international post. Typically, orders are received in a week to two weeks.

Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Our wines are specialty packaged, tasted, and crafted by J Anthony Brown. In the unlikely event that the goods received are not as ordered we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If a refund is to be made, it will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.
